Course enrolments are to be done on the internet this year, following the regulations on course pre-requisites during the semester.  For courses which have set an upper limit for student enrolments, but without special requirements, registering for a course in the middle of the Spring semester will increase students’ chances of acceptance.

However, a minimum of five persons indicating a need is required, if the students are willing the share the school fees to the equivalent of sixteen students.  If the number is less than five, they will be notified by e-mail. Students can apply for special needs for such a course by filing an application which can be downloaded from “Forms Used for the Summer Session” on the website.  An application will be required before May 23, to await approval by the Dean of Academic Affairs, who authorizes the course(s) to be offered by the College of Science.  No application will be accepted beyond the deadline.
Courses which cannot be offered will be announced.  The number of students who indicate interests are combined for the two courses General Physics I and II.

5. For those who want to take a course which is not offered, they can apply for such a course by indicating special needs. An application form for such courses should be filled in, uploaded, printed, and endorsed with the seal of the instructor before submission to the College of Science for application.  The deadline for such an application is May 23rd.
Those who enroll in a course approved for special needs are to be selected on the internet, on the set date of the summer session calendar
